La Cornue Range Problems We Fix

CornuFé Dual Fuel Platform
The CornuFé Dual Fuel Range combines La Cornue's signature gas burner performance with electric oven precision. The oven section uses a relay-driven element system similar in principle to professional wall ovens, while the gas surface runs on La Cornue's sealed burner configuration. Our technicians work on both halves of the appliance and understand where the dual-fuel architecture creates unique failure modes.
Château Gas Range Heritage
La Cornue's Château series has been manufactured to order since 1908. Older Château models use pilot-ignition systems and mechanical thermostats — fundamentally different from the electronic controls of the CornuFé series. We service both legacy pilot systems and modern electronic ignition configurations on the Château range.
