E0 Control Board Init Error High The oven shows no signs of life or immediately displays E0 when power is applied. View E0 Control Board Init Error High No display, no response to controls — the oven appears to have no power. View E1 Board Self-Test Failure High The oven abruptly stops heating and all functions cease during a cooking cycle. View E1 Heating Element Fault Medium The vault cavity takes much longer to reach set temperature or has noticeable hot and cold spots. View E3 Conv Element Open Circuit Medium Food remains undercooked or cooks much slower than expected in convection mode. View E4 Ventilation System Fault Medium Food comes out steamed rather than roasted, and visible condensation forms inside the cavity. View E5 Cooling Fan Failure Medium The top, sides, or back of the oven feel much hotter than usual during operation. View E6 Moisture Sensor Failure Low Food is sometimes over-dried or under-dried, with unpredictable moisture in the finished product. View F1 Oven Temp Sensor Open Medium The oven cavity stays cold after selecting a temperature and starting a cycle, even after 10 or more minutes. View F1 Temp Sensor Open Circuit Medium The vault oven cavity remains cold after starting a cooking cycle. View F2 Oven Temp Sensor Short Medium The oven begins preheating but shuts down within seconds, displaying the F2 code. View F2 Temp Sensor Short Circuit Medium The vault oven begins heating but shuts down within seconds of starting. View F3 Oven Overtemperature High The outside surfaces of the oven, handles, and surrounding cabinetry feel unusually hot to touch. View F3 Overtemperature Condition High The heavy cast-iron exterior and surrounding surfaces are significantly hotter than normal. View F4 Conv Fan Motor Failure Medium Food cooks unevenly in convection mode because the fan is not circulating hot air inside the cavity. View F5 Control Board Comm Error High Buttons and knobs produce no response from the oven, which appears dead. View F5 Control Board Comm Error High All buttons, knobs, and settings produce no response from the vault oven. View F7 Door Lock Failure Medium The oven door is either stuck in the locked position or refuses to lock for self-clean. View F8 Steam Generator Fault Medium The vault oven produces no visible steam when steam cooking mode is selected. View F9 Door Latch Switch Fault Low The self-clean function will not initiate because the door switch cannot confirm closure. View
