Vented vs Recirculating Configurations
La Cornue range hoods can be configured for external venting or internal recirculation with charcoal filters. Recirculating configurations require periodic charcoal filter replacement — the filter has a finite capacity to adsorb cooking odours and must be replaced on schedule. We supply and install the correct La Cornue charcoal filter for recirculating models.
